  • Coverage: 10-day limited warranty from invoice date for manufacturing defects.

  • Service type: Carry-in. You’re responsible for shipping the product to/from the designated service centre, including insurance and transit risk.

  • Proof: Warranty valid only with proof of purchase and applies in the country of purchase; not transferable.

  • Exclusions: Cosmetic damage, misuse/neglect, incorrect installation, unauthorised repairs/alterations, or removed/altered serial numbers.

  • Invalid claims: May incur an $88 labour fee plus return freight.
