Terms of Use

By accessing or using this website (“Blenders Australia”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, including the notices, disclaimers, and policies referenced herein.

This website is owned and operated by Franchise Fitout Service Pty Ltd, trading as Blenders Australia.

Blenders Australia sells genuine Blendtec blenders and accessories from the remaining inventory of a previous authorised dealer, including both new and refurbished units.
Blenders Australia is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised reseller of Blendtec.

All Blendtec trademarks and product names are used strictly for identification of goods being sold.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use this website.


Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs your use of Blenders Australia services and outlines how we manage customer information.


Customer Account Registration

You must complete the customer registration process before placing orders.
You warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and up to date, and you agree to update it as required.

You are responsible for keeping your username and password secure.
Franchise Fitout Service Pty Ltd accepts no liability for unauthorised access resulting from lost or stolen login details.


Orders & Payments

Blenders Australia accepts payment via PayPal for online orders.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Franchise Fitout Service Pty Ltd at its sole discretion.
A binding agreement exists once your order is accepted.

We will attempt to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days, subject to stock availability.
Blenders Australia is not liable for delays or failure to ship.

Warranty — Fire Sale Stock (New & Refurbished)

Blenders Australia sells the remaining stock originally held by a former authorised Blendtec dealer.
Goods may be new, new old stock, or refurbished, and are priced accordingly.

Because this is a clearance / fire-sale, all items come with a limited 30-day warranty from the purchase date.

Fire Sale Warranty Conditions (30 Days)

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

  • Warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, packaging variations, or refurbishment marks.

  • Customer must provide proof of purchase.

  • Warranty applies only within Australia.

  • Warranty is non-transferable.

  • If the unit requires assessment, you must ship the blender to the designated service location at your own cost.

  • Return freight to the customer is also at the customer’s expense.

  • If a repair is required under this limited warranty, a maximum service fee of $105 + GST may apply.

  • If the warranty claim is deemed invalid (misuse, neglect, commercial use, tampering, power issues, modified parts, missing serial number), diagnostic/labour fees may apply.

Important Exclusions

Warranty is void if:

  • The product is used commercially

  • The product is damaged by misuse, neglect, power surges, improper installation, or unauthorised repair

  • The serial number is removed or altered

  • Customer attempts to repair or modify the unit

This limited warranty gives you rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and these rights cannot be excluded.
However, the fire sale warranty supersedes any representation of standard Blendtec warranties.


No Affiliation / Trademark Notice

Blenders Australia and Franchise Fitout Service Pty Ltd are not affiliated with Blendtec (USA), or any current authorised reseller.

All Blendtec trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify genuine products being sold.


No Liability for Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Franchise Fitout Service Pty Ltd is not liable for:

  • Loss of business

  • Loss of use

  • Loss of consumables

  • Loss of profit

  • Business interruption

  • Consequential or incidental damages

Liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item.


Electronic Communications

By using this website, you consent to receiving communications electronically (email or site notices).
These satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.


Ownership of Website & Content

This website and its content are owned by Franchise Fitout Service Pty Ltd.
The website content is protected by copyright under Australian and international law.

No material may be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Blendtec trademarks remain the property of Blendtec (USA).
No trademark may be used in a manner likely to confuse or imply affiliation.


Risk of Loss

All goods are sold under a shipment contract.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the item is handed to the courier.


Product Descriptions

We describe products as accurately as possible; however, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.
If a product is materially different from what was described, your remedy is to return it unused within 7 days.


Pricing

All prices are in AUD.
Freight is calculated based on weight, cubic size, and destination.
Prices may change without notice.


Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.


Site Policies & Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time.
If a clause is deemed invalid, remaining clauses remain in force.


Delivery Policy

Where We Deliver

We deliver to most Australian street addresses.
No international shipping.

Dispatch Times

Orders generally ship the same or next business day, with all orders dispatched within 3 business days where stock is available.

Freight Costs

Calculated by weight, cubic volume, and destination.
Redelivery fees apply if no one is available to sign.

Transit Times

(You may replace these with your actual courier’s estimates if preferred.)

  • Brisbane — 1 day

  • Sydney — 1 day

  • ACT — 2 days

  • Melbourne — 2 days

  • Adelaide — 3 days

  • Perth — 7 days

  • Darwin — 7 days

Delays may occur and are outside our control.

Signature Required

All deliveries require a signature.
If no one is available, redelivery or depot pickup fees may apply.

Risk transfers to the customer once delivered to the nominated address.

Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy outlines how online orders are shipped and delivered by Blenders Australia.

Where We Deliver

We deliver to most residential and commercial addresses within Australia.
We do not offer international shipping.
A street address is required; deliveries to PO Boxes are not possible.


When Will My Order Ship?

  • Orders are generally dispatched the same business day or the next business day.

  • All orders will be shipped within 3 business days wherever stock is available.

  • If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you with the estimated dispatch date.


How Shipping Costs Are Calculated

Freight costs are calculated based on:

  • Total weight

  • Cubic measurements

  • Delivery location

All freight includes basic tracking.
Shipping fees will be displayed during checkout before payment.


Redelivery & Collection Charges

If no one is available to sign at the nominated address:

  • The courier may return the parcel to the nearest Courier Depot, Australia Post Office, or Business Hub.

  • Additional redelivery or collection charges may apply.

Estimated Delivery Times (Metro Guide)

Approximate business-day transit times:

  • Brisbane (4000): 1-2 day

  • Sydney (2000): 2-3 day

  • ACT (2600): 2-4 days

  • Melbourne (3000): 2 -4 days

  • Adelaide (5000): 3-5 days

  • Perth (6000): 7 + days

  • Darwin (0800): 7 +days

  • Hobart (7000): 7+ days

These are estimates only.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on courier workload, weather, and operational factors outside our control.

Blenders Australia is not liable for delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier.


Is a Signature Required?

Yes.
All blenders and accessories are valuable items, and a signature is required on delivery.

If no one is available:

  • A card will be left with collection instructions

  • Additional fees may apply for redirection or redelivery

  • Fees vary depending on the courier (e.g., Australia Post or private courier depot)

Typical additional fees include processing or redelivery charges set by the carrier.

We recommend using a work address or an address where someone will be available between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.


Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the courier delivers the item to the customer’s nominated delivery address.


If Your Parcel Has Not Arrived

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our Customer Service Centre on 07 3272 9877 (8:00am–4:00pm AEST, Monday–Friday).

Return Policy

The rights described in this Return Policy operate in addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and other applicable consumer protection regulations.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify your statutory rights.


Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind purchases.
Please choose your items carefully, especially as our products are remaining dealer stock, including new, new old stock, and refurbished clearance units.


Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Claims for:

  • damaged goods,

  • missing items, or

  • incorrect products

must be submitted in writing within 2 working days of receiving your order.

Claims received outside this period may not be accepted.

To lodge a claim, please include:

  1. Your order number

  2. A description of the issue

  3. Clear photos or video demonstrating the damage or error

Our team will review the claim and advise on the next steps.


Consumer Guarantees

Under the ACL, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description.

These rights cannot be excluded.

However, for fire-sale stock, our warranty terms apply as set out in our 30-day fire-sale warranty, and assessment may be required before resolving your claim.


Return Shipping

Unless required by the ACL, return shipping costs for warranty assessment, repair, or replacement are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk of loss or damage during return transit remains with the customer until the item is delivered to the designated service location.
