Description

This durable sound enclosure is designed to significantly reduce blending noise, making it ideal for cafés, smoothie bars, and busy kitchen environments. Its low-profile design allows for installation under cabinets or shelving, and the lift-off lid makes routine cleaning quick and simple. Compatible with select high-power commercial blenders, including models that utilise the Connoisseur 825-style enclosure, older Smoother-style bases, and in-counter SpaceSaver installations. Supplied as part of remaining dealer stock.

CARRY-IN FIRE-SALE WARRANTY 

Connoisseur 825-Compatible Sound Enclosure – 10-Day Fire-Sale Warranty

This sound enclosure is sold as part of the remaining dealer inventory and includes a 10-day fire-sale warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing faults only and applies to domestic or commercial use, depending on the item’s intended purpose.

Carry-In Warranty Conditions

Under this warranty, the customer must deliver the product to the designated service location for inspection or repair.
The customer is responsible for:

  • all freight or transport costs to and from the service location

  • insurance for transit, if desired

  • the risk of loss or damage while the product is in transit

Repairs will be assessed and completed within the limitations of this fire-sale warranty period.

Warranty Requirements

To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide:

  • proof of purchase

  • the product in its original or equivalent packaging

  • a description of the issue

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:

  • cosmetic wear, minor marks or handling scratches

  • damage caused by misuse, improper installation, neglect or tampering

  • damage caused by unauthorised repair attempts

  • normal wear and tear

  • damage from power issues (surge, low voltage, etc.)

  • use of incompatible accessories

Warranty is non-transferable and applies only within Australia.

When Warranty Is Void

The warranty may be void if:

  • the product has been modified or altered

  • serial numbers or identifying labels are removed

  • unauthorised repairs have been attempted

  • product is used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose

If a warranty claim is found invalid, a service fee (up to $105 + GST) may apply, in addition to return freight.

Australian Consumer Law Notice

This fire-sale warranty operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts your ACL rights.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair, replacement or refund for a major failure.
